Only a stones throw from a lovely promenade beautiful harbour and blue flag sandy beach Beach Bungaow is a 5 bed holiday cottage situated near the small town of Kinmel Bay in the Conway Valley (Not far from the holiday resorts of Rhyl and Prestatyn Towyn ) Only 3 miles from Gwrych Castle (I'm a Celebrity venue) the property is ideal for children and wheelchair friendly it is Situated in a very quiet and private cul de sac with access to the beach and the beautiful picturesque harbour with its feature lifting bridge (which allows craft to go out to sea ) is lit up in the evenings and looks spectacular with multi colour lights that change inn varied patterns The property access to the beach is off road through a kissing gate at the end of the cul de sac The Harbour boast a lovely cafe with a good varied menu , bike hire Fishing trip boats etc . The promenade has water sports hire Kite surfing and Many great eating places accessible without a car and well within walking distance The Indoor Theatre has a very upmarket restaurant The new Suncentre 2?has a fantastic swimming pool and children's secure paddling pool Theatre .Cinemaswith Three screens There are

Skate board facilities Crazy golf . Kite surfing . Grassy Picnic areas . Children's swings and slides .

The Foryd Harbour with its spectacular illuminated bridge is only a few hundred yards from the property

The main thoroughfare to Rhyl has an old fashioned feeling of Bingo halls and typical seaside attractions of many years ago

Beach Bungalow has 5 bedrooms with private own toilet facilities

All rooms are ground floor and have up to date fire precautions

Bedroom 1 has a standard double bed

Bedroom 2 has a standard double and single bed

Bedroom 3 has a small double(4ft) and a standard double (4’6”)

Bedroom 4 has a standard double a single and a cot

Bedroom 5 has a large double single and cot .

All these bedrooms have their own private facilities

There is a spacious walk in shower room in the hallway as an extra provision which can accommodate assisted wheelchair guests (having some grab rails etc for guests with poor mobility )

The very large lounge has comfortable seating and a new Sony Smart TV Netflix and U tube Wi fi internet access is free

From the main lounge there is a children's playroom with books and toys leading to a comfotrtable conservatory which has access to a secure grass play area for the children with outdoor Wendy playhouse and other outdoor toys Outdoor seating area for adults .

The dining area boats a very large wooden table and chairs which seat up to 12 and an overhead fan for hot weather

The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots pans and utensils

Washing machine Dishwasher .Range cooker with5 burners multi fuel and two ovens one is fan-assisted

Microwave Toaster coffee machine etc

The kitchen leads to a garden area with patio seating for 14 guests and grass play area An ideal place for your family holiday The average price with full occupancy is approx £20 pp per night The property is for your family only and has full access 24 hours a day

There is also a nice comfortable self contained one Bed granny flat with one king size bed ( can be twin ) and futon chair bed This can be booked with the main house from £40 per night (min 2 nights ) low season up to £50 high season or it can be booked on its own having a private access and garden private secure car parking There is a small secluded garden ideal retreat for granny and grandad for a quiet area during your stay Wi fi Tv etc all kitchen facilities Bathroom with bath Very large bedroom with king size bed (can be a twin) and single futon for a child travel cot
