Only a stones throw from a lovely promenade and sandy beach Beach Bungaow is situated near the small town of Kinmel Bay in the Conway Valley (Not far from the holiday resorts of Rhyl and Prestatyn Towyn )
Situated in a very quiet and private cul de sac with access to the beach and the beautiful picturesque harbour with its feature lifting bridge (which allows craft to go out to sea ) is lit up in the evenings and looks spectacular with multi colour lights that change inn varied patterns The property access to the beach is off road through a kissing gate at the end of the cul de sac The Harbour boast a lovely cafe with a good varied menu , bike hire Fishing trip boats etc . The promenade has water sports hire Kite surfing and Many great eating places accessible without a car and well within walking distance The Indoor Theatre has a very upmarket restaurant The new Suncentre 2?has a fantastic swimming pool and children's secure paddling pool Theatre .Cinemaswith Three screens There are
Skate board facilities Crazy golf . Kite surfing . Grassy Picnic areas . Children's swings and slides .
The Foryd Harbour with its spectacular illuminated bridge is only a few hundred yards from the property
The main thoroughfare to Rhyl has an old fashioned feeling of Bingo halls and typical seaside attractions of many years ago

From the main lounge there is a children's playroom with books and toys leading to a comfotrtable conservatory which has access to a secure grass play area for the children with outdoor Wendy playhouse and other outdoor toys Outdoor seating area for adults .
The dining area boats a very large wooden table and chairs which seat up to 14 and an overhead fan for hot weather
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots pans and utensils

“Very clean and cosy cottage”
Great cottage, great location, great host. The cottage is cosy, clean and decorated to a high standard. We loved the Christmas decorations in the lounge and dining area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. The owner Pat was very helpful - great communication with her from the minute we booked till the morning we left. She is so understanding, and we are very grateful for her patience with us. I highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to use this place again.

We stayed at the bungalow with extended family. Ages ranging for 2 months to 89 years. Enough space for all and toys to keep the kids quiet. Having en-suites was a massive bonus for us. Location wise it was perfect. Bear to the beach and easy access to the harbour.

“Perfect place and location”
This bungalow is amazing, very spacious. Just like other reviews the pictures does not do it justice. It was a great place for all my family to meet up and celebrate a few different occasions, 30th birthday,Easter and baby shower. Plenty of toys for our 4 grandchildren to play with. The weather was hot, so we all got to enjoy sitting in the garden. There was enough garden furniture for all to sit around. Bedrooms all had an en suite toilet and sink, two had showers and a very large wet room. The kitchen was well equipped enough to cook a roast Easter lunch for 13 people. Great location, minutes from the beach for the kids to play and minutes from 2 pubs for meals. Thanks Pat for a lovely stay.

“Perfect - something for all”

Very spacious which suited us fine as the rental was for a family holiday comprising of Grandpa, Grandma, 2 sons, their partners and 7 grandchildren in total. Kitchen was well equipped and the 5 ringed, 2 oven plus grill cooker was very good. Well situated close to the beach and Rhyl promenade and a good base for days out to the likes of Colwyn Bay, LLandudno, The Great Orme and of course Anglesey. As for wheelchair friendly, generally true but beds and toilets rather low for self transferring (toilet extension seat not stable enough) and I grounded my wheelchair a couple times using the ramp from the kitchen to the rear seating area outside. Very minor things which only apply to an independent wheelchair user. All in all, worth the money........
