Fifth floor condo in the popular "D" building offering Panoramic Views of the ocean and sunsets. It has a full kitchen, walk-in-shower and is very comfortably furnished with a tropical decor. There are wide ocean views from the lanai, living room and kitchen. While dining on your private lanai, enjoy the colorful sunsets and whale watching in season.

Enjoy beautiful Maui sunsets, and spectacular ocean views while dining on the private lanai of this fifth floor Maui Vacation Condo. The condo is elegantly furnished in tropical prints and has a king size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender and all cooking utensils. The gentle trade wind breezes flow thru the condo, with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. It also has Air Conditioning and Free Wireless High Speed Internet. Noted for its lush vegetation with many blooming flowers, Kihei Akahi Resort has Two Pools, a Free Tennis Court, B-B-Qs and Refrigerator around the pools. An activity center is on the premises that can assist you with all of your Maui sightseeing needs.

SOUTH KIHEI

Known for its "Sunshine" is the driest spot on the Hawaiian Islands with an average annual rainfall is less than 10 inches. It is a quiet and peaceful area, yet the five-star hotels of Wailea are just minutes away. Several shopping centers, with both casual and fine dining restaurants, are within walking distance. If you are a golfer, some of Maui's best golf courses can be found in the Wailea and Makena area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joan (the owner) a message.

If Joan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
