Our beautifully furnished condo on the second floor is a remarkable 30 feet from the Pacific ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei. It is centrally located on the island and close to amenities such as groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. There are two six-story buildings at the Resort with elevators. Sugar Beach which fronts the property offers exceptional sunsets and is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks on the soft sandy beach, turtle gazing and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean, children's wading pool, and sauna. There is a well-maintained gas barbeque area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's Sandwich and Bar, On-site Massage and FREE on-site parking.

As soon as you walk into our condo you will see spectacular views of the ocean and from our lanai, you will see a panoramic view of the Pacific along with views of Molokini and other islands. Everything is provided, including central air conditioning, Tommy Bahama decor, and a private lanai where you can enjoy your meals, have a glass of wine or just read a book. We also have a keyless entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys. All that awaits is your arrival so you can begin your stay and enjoy a fabulous Hawaiian experience!

Inside the condo you have a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, SmartTV flat screen with full cable in living room and bedroom which BOTH have wireless internet and HDMI, ceiling fan in the bedroom, with full king-size bed, FREE wireless internet, FREE long distance phone between Canada and US, Bluetooth sound system, private lanai, luxury linens, bath towels and beach towels, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler and much more!

We believe in having similar amenities available to us as we do at our home in Vancouver. Our primary desire is to have a home away from home.

We have three children and know how great it is to get away to enjoy "Family" (Ohana). This is the primary purpose for the condo for people to have an escape from everyday life and reconnect, relax and enjoy a beautiful holiday in Maui!

As business people, we can appreciate there are times when we do have to contact the outside world. It's important to be able to do this as easy as possible because the faster you can clear your work schedule the faster you can get back to enjoying your holiday. That is why we have FREE wireless internet and FREE long distance throughout the US and Canada.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Vicky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
