Unit #121 at Sugar Beach Resort is a ground floor oceanfront unit that comes equipped with a king bed, queen size sofa sleeper, DVD/VCR and CD player. Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbecues, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Alii Resorts. Sugar Beach #121 also offers complimentary high speed internet service.

The Perfect Place for Relaxation

Absolutely beautiful location and the service was top notch! The condo was spotless and perfectly comfortable!!! It was our first time to Maui and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay!!!

Nice stay at Sugar Beach 121

Sugar Beach is our favorite spot in Kihea on Maui. Nice complex on the beach with a great pool as well. Unit 121 is ground floor and has good amenities.
