It comes with two bedrooms made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a shared lawn garden. Pear Tree Cottage is a warming cottage in a fabulous Yorkshire location.

The village has shops and pubs as well as a Fabric Gallery and a library. York sits 5 miles away, it has much to offer with stunning buildings and amazing history.
