Artemis Villas are two luxurious vacation homes near the village of Katastari, Zakynthos, each suitable for 10 guests. Each villa, which measures 215 square meters, is modern, tastefully decorated and located in the vicinity of a traditional Greek village, which is very close to Alykes, one of Zakynthos’s most popular tourist resorts.

Each villa has its own private space, heated swimming pool and built BBQ, and both are separated with a fence.

Every villa offers a spacious living room, combined with a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, as well as a furnished veranda with access to the swimming pool and a bathroom with shower – and these are just on the ground floor.

On the first floor, one will find four bedrooms, two of which are master, each equipped with a queen-sized bed and featuring a private bathroom. The other two are equipped with twin single beds (which can be combined into queen-sized ones) and share an extra bathroom.

There are also private, fenced gardens with a built BBQ and, of course, a private swimming pool for your relaxation!

The complex consists of two similar villas that can also be hired together by bigger groups. Each villa has its private terrace and heated swimming pool and heated jacuzzi with 6 seats. Also there is an electric car and hybrid car charging station.

Why can't I call Isabelle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabelle (the owner) a message.

If Isabelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
