The Residence at Garden Village is a private villa situated on a small and friendly self catering hotel complex. With just a 500m walk from the Loggerhead turtle beach of Kalamaki and close to all amenities, this makes it an attractive choice for families and groups of friends. Giving you the best of both worlds, your privacy & space in this beautiful three bedroom property and at the same time allowing you to join in all the hotels facilities. There is a swimming pool on the complex and you are able to dine al fresco from breakfast through to night, either cooking yourself or eating authentic home-cooked Greek food at the bar or in the garden. The property is newly and comfortably decorated and really is a home away from home. The villa is situated within the Garden Village hotel complex. It is situated around a quiet garden area. There is a Gazebo in the garden which is used for private dining up to 10 people

We have just had a fantastic stay at Garden Village. Carol and her team could not be any more accommodating. The villa was clean and comfortable, the pool area was lovely and the food was excellent.

Why can't I call Carol (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
