This is one of only six condos in Honua Kai that have this exact configuration and the only one with these beautiful upgrades. Hokulani 306 is so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the lanai/balcony!

There is an elevator close by, so you are just a few steps away from everything the Honua Kai Resort has to offer including one of Maui's best beaches and boardwalk, 7 swimming pools, Duke's restaurant, & the underground parking garage. This resort has all the amenities you need for a dream Maui vacation: 7 pools, a waterslide, hot tubs, barbecues & more. Hokulani 306 boasts upgraded travertine tile flooring with modern furniture including a queen-size sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. You'll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dishwasher. This unit has a beautifully updated interior, an in-room washer and dryer, a centralized dual AC system and a digital door lock for ease of access.

There are only a handful of condos at the Honua Kai Resort that offer ocean views from the primary bedroom, and this is one of them. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom and can be configured with a king bed or two twin beds upon request. You can even keep up with your favorite TV shows with smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The upgraded memory foam mattress on the sofa bed makes the condo spacious enough to accommodate up to 6 comfortably.

Sliding Bi-fold doors allow the living room to flow seamlessly into the lanai, inviting you to fully enjoy the spacious outdoor dining area, ideal for dining alfresco or watching the whales jump in the winter.
