The Whaler Maui. Luxurious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom privately owned oceanfront corner condominium located on Kaanapali Beach, Maui, Hawaii. Unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, Molokai Channel, Kaanapali Beach, famous Black Rock, and neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. Located in Tower 1, this 8th floor corner suite features a large private wrap around lanai. The dining room, living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding doors accessing this large lanai. The views from each room is amazing. The ocean, white water, Kaanapali Beach and Black Rock are all focal points. The living room, balancing aesthetics and function. Whether you simply relax and enjoy the incredible views, watch cable TV or DVD or listen to music, all are available to you. The European kitchen and bar has granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, Sub-Zero referigator / freezer and Sub-Zero storage drawers are elegantly appointed. The walls are filled with art from Hawaiian artists. The guest bathroom is appointed with limestone walls and granite countertops and accents and has a large shower. In-suite Bosch washer / dryer, high-speed internet access (wifi), multiple HD TV's, DVD's, digital cable w/ premium channels, four 2-line telephones, fax/copier, security safe, central A/C to name some of the amenities. The master suite has a sitting area and desk. The master bathroom walls are marble with granite accents.There is a free standing soaking tub, for your pleasure. The shower provides a ceiling rain fixture and is extremely large. Our lanai has furnishings to allow our guests just about any experience they desire. Lounging at breakfast, a wonderful lunch, cocktails or dinner.....all with amazing views! Lounging, chaise and dining furniture are provided. There is a cabinet on the lanai which is filled with beach and pool activity items. If you are interested in boogie boarding, sand seats on the beach, umbrellas, snorkeling gear, all are available in our cabinet. The Whaler provides pool and beach towels at the kiosk at pool level. Guest may check out towels during the kiosks hours and may refresh towels anytime. The Whaler facility amenities include: a fitness center, beauty salon / day spa, sauna / massage service, tennis courts, heated oceanfront pool / spa, business kiosk, 24 hour security, gated entrance, oceanfront BBQ's, a non-smoking facility, and concierge services.

Area activities in Kaanapali include: golf, tennis, snorkeling-surfing-kayaking-windsurfing-jet ski's, paddle boarding (rentals are available), parasailing, hiking, boogie boarding, luau's (at the Hotels), Whale Museum, dining, sailing and dinner cruises. Whalers Village is next door and literally steps away from Suite 802. Whalers Village offers high end shopping, sundry and staple shopping, galleries and many wonderful restaurants. A 5 minute car ride away is Lahaina, which offers even more.

How do damage deposits work?
