From the owner

This beautiful villa is directly behind Carlin Park so wake up and go for a walk around the health trail before heading to the beach. This wonderful quiet villa boasts newly renovated kitchen,bathrooms, and floors. All furniture is top of the line and newly purchased. The condo contains two master bedroom suites. Each suite has a wonderful king size bed with plush mattress, and leather upholstered headboards along with a new flat screen tv. New linens have been provided for every bed and all including quilts are wash between each guest. The pillows are both natural (down pillows as well as alternative down) The living room has a 2 new leather couches one is a queen size pullout sofa bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv. There is also a roll away bed in the closet.

This gourmet kitchen has everything the travelling chef requires. All stainless steel appliances d/w, micro, stove and french door refrigerator with ice and water on the door, quartz counter tops, new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. All small appliances are available for your use including both a keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee machine, blender, mixer, toaster, and teapot.

The villa also has two newly renovated bathroom with large shower, glass shower doors and vanities with quartz counter tops. The hair dryer, magnifying mirror, iron, and ironing board will help make your stay feel more like home. The bathrooms are also each equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, new towels, hair dryer, and small toiletries for your convenience (q tips, cotton balls).

There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the event you need to do some laundry. Every consideration for your comfort has been provided including beach gear for 4 : beach chairs, cooler, large thermos, umbrella and beach towels and a cart to help you get it all across the park.

The porch has dining for 6 and a seating area to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

We also provide the latest in technology with a Xfinity wifi and TV. An Amazon echo will allow you to play unlimited music, answer questions, control the thermostat and a list of other interesting feature that will be outlined in a brochure at the property.

Our property location allows you to walk to bars and restaurants including double roads, the dive bar, the Shack, and Harborside. The property is adjacent to Carlin Park. The property also has a heated, pools, tennis courts,hanball courts and grilling facilities by the pool. We will provide you with a to do list with suggestion of places to go when you reserve with us.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
