When you are ready for a break from daily life, we have the place for you, your family, and your friends to enjoy! A luxury, newly updated, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1,715 sq.ft. villa located in The Hilltop Section of The Hollows Resort. The Hollows of North Shore is a private resort community located in the heart of The Texas Hill Country and less then 30 miles from downtown Austin. The breathtaking 1,400 acre waterfront community has 18 miles of hike/bike trails, a marina, and The Beach Club. The North Shore Marina, at The Hollows, has 171 slips and from this location, you can make arrangements to rent a day dock space to rest your own boat or jet ski. There are two companies, on Lake Travis, that rent water craft for you to enjoy the beautiful blue waters of the lake. The Beach Club has an infinity edge swimming pool with beach entry for toddlers to play in the water. There is a poolside restaurant and bar, fitness facility, dining areas, hot tub, gas grills, smoker, pavilion, sand volleyball court, grassy field for sports, and a play structure for children. Our home away from home is our own place for rest and relaxation that we will be honored to share with you. From here, we all can explore all that Austin, TX and The Hill Country has to enjoy. The villa is on the second floor with elevator access. Our views of the lake are direct and amazing. We brought the colors of the water, lime stone, and the hills inside our villa with our fresh decorating. Our vacation home comfortably sleeps and dines 8 guests. We offer a master bedroom with a king size bed, dresser, night stands with lamps, flat screen HD TV, and ensuite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has a walk in shower, jetted bath tub, two sink vanity area, and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, chest with flat screen HD TV with DVD player, closet, and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. These beds can be moved together to form a full bed. There is a flat screen TV in this room that a gaming device can be hooked up to. There is a bathroom attached to this room. All bedrooms are furnished with luxury linens and towels. The main living area has a brown leather sectional with ottoman and a recliner. For entertainment, there is a 50 in HD TV with DVD player. The dining room has a table that can seat 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and supplied with all the tools you should need for your gourmet meals. There is a coffee bar with a regular and Keurig brewing coffee pots. We offer an office area with free WiFi just encase you might need to do a work chore while on vacation. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious balcony over looks all the beauty that Lake Travis and The Hill Country has to offer!! The balcony gives you lounge seating and another dining table. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise from the balcony or relax in the hill top breezes in the evenings. Please come for a visit and stay as long as you like. The villa is available for nightly, weekly, or monthly rental. We supply bath soap, shampoo, lotion, sun screen, shower gel, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, salt and pepper for a minimum of 2 night stay, 3 night stay for holidays. The State of Texas considers a 30 Night or more to be a Long Term Rental. When you are renting, for more then 30 nights, you do not pay State and Local Hotels taxes or resort fee. I include the use of the single bay garage with Long Term Rental Reservations. Please send me a message if you are not receiving the correct pricing.

The number one reason we purchased our vacation villa was the spectacular view from all windows!!! Especially the family room, dining area, and the master bedroom. We sit and visit for hours on the balcony enjoying the blue of the lake and watching the boats go by. Rudy and I are so glad to hear that you all had a wonderful time! Why can't I call Paula (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paula (the owner) a message.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
