Waterfront Duplex with a dock and fenced in back yard. This 2BR/2BA 2 Story home is perfect for a business trip to Tampa Bay, a visit with family, and a long vacation away from the cold weather. At roughly 1500 square feet you will have plenty of space for everyone and then some. Inside the home are a California King in the master and a Twin in the second bedroom as well as a queen air mattress with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows, and a futon. Cable, Internet, Washer/Dryer, Dishes, Cleaning Supplies, Towels, a Paddle Boat, and 2 Fishing Kayaks are included with your stay.

Kick back relax, live the good life...steps from the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Bring your bags and unpack, everything included (see detail). Enjoy morning coffee and a good book by the water. Don't miss the sunset with the perfect evening weather in Tampa Bay Florida. Inside this 2 story 2BR 2BA is set up like a beachfront cottage to reflect it's use by our family to relax, unwind, fish, and enjoy the a quiet getaway. 2 Fishing Kayaks, One 4 person paddle boat are available. There are adult and youth life jackets and a canopy top for the paddle boat.

Peaceful waterfront setting perfect to come back to after a long day of work or to soak up the sun on the boats, laying out, reading, grilling, listening to music, or fishing. The interior has a fun beach theme with bright colors and set to relax on the sectional in the living room. Bring the family, there is plenty of room to take a nap!

Property has a shared back yard but fenced in from neighboring houses. The owners live on the property as well and have 2 labs.

Bring fishing rods, inflatable rafts, boats, floats, beach chairs, beach towels, etc you will be right on the water with a bait shop around the corner.

Conveniently located off a major highway, Leisure Beach is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood mostly made up of retirees and working class neighbors. The property to the south is also a vacation property with transient guests from out of state. All who have come have enjoyed their trip and were good company to have, so we have decided to share our location as well. We hope you like it.

Bus stop directly across the street from neighborhood entrance. Uber, lift, and cab services are also available.

Hudson Beach - 2.5 miles only 7 min.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium - 33 miles just over an 1 hour.
