Gorgeous, totally newly refurbished spacious 3 bed Georgian town house over two floors with sea views. Located in a prestigious area of Hove and Close to Brighton. You get two in one, situated in Hove with regular buses to Hove Town Centre and Hove seafront and one block from the Dyke Road giving you access to regular buses into Brighton town centre, the Lanes and Brighton Beach. The property has free on street parking on the front. Surrounded by various beautiful Parks. Dyke road Park with its landscaped garden and tennis courts is a 2 minutes walk, whilst Hove recreation Ground and Hove Park are within easy walking distance as well as Preston Park in Brighton.

This stylish home is perfect for a holiday whilst enjoying all the comforts of home. From enjoying a day on the beach to going to the buzzing town centres. From enjoying some exercise in the nearby parks to retreating to the countryside or country villages - the Devil's Dyke, Poynings and Henfield a mere 10 minute drive. Close to the A27 to easily visit picturesque Lewes or to Arundel Castle.

The first floor has the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double bed overlooking the back garden. The second bedroom is a very large double with twin beds and an additional sofa bed with distant views to the sea. The third bedroom is a small double room with distant sea views and includes a fitted wardrobe and a single bed. The main family bathroom comprises of a bath and shower, sink and toilet.

The ground floor comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen, overlooking and with access to the back garden. The back garden has an external entrance with access to the property by a side entrance reached by a private road. To relax, there is a very large Lounge/diner with parquet flooring throughout with access to the back garden on one end and with views to the front garden on the other end. There is also a newly fitted separate modern cloakroom which comprises a sink and toilet situated in the ground floor.

I will not stoop to comment on these libellous lies, written because I refused to be coerced and blackmailed by you in order for you to have a free holiday at my expense. Suffice to say that when you complained on day one of your stay, the most popular word in your vocabulary was 'compensation'. I offered you a full refund on day one so you could go somewhere more to your liking but you rejected my offer and stayed the week. I heard nothing from you all week. You then contacted trip advisor over two weeks after your stay - in mid august and gave them unsubstantiated malicious allegations without a shred of evidence to corroborate your claims and ended with a threat and I quote,' they wanted a rebate...if not resolved he would leave the worst review and that may affect your and trip advisor's business', (quote from email from trip advisor to me dated 16/8/21). I do not take kindly to blackmail. I I have presented trip advisor with evidence which contradicts all your malicious lies. I have had many guests in August who have loved the property and had a great time. I have guests currently in the property who read your defamatory comments, verified them for the lies that they are and are there at the moment very happy. You hide in anonymity 'sherpa' ,but I have reported you to trip advisor. Apart from libellous, your behaviour has been one of harassment and frankly immoral.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
