Langton's View cottage is beautifully presented & exceptional value for money, it is fantastic for a budget holiday without compromising on standards. Set in a beautiful, relaxing riverside location, the Cottage is delightful, with a private pontoon for mooring a day boat from JB Boats, a little fishing, or to watch the varied bird and wild life at it's best or to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the peace & quiet, the secluded balcony is south facing & has the benefit of the sunshine all afternoon and a wonderful view of the spectacular Norfolk sunsets! If you are lucky you may see our resident otter!! Due to the popularity of our property and the bargain price early booking is advisable. The cottage is perfect for exploring Norfolk, and the Broads. The cottage has sliding patio doors opening onto a spacious private balcony, with patio furniture, ideal for sun bathing, relaxing with a good book & a glass of wine or eating 'al fresco'. The deceptively spacious, recently refurbished, immaculate accommodation comprises - one double bedroom with TV and one twin bedroom with TV with plenty of storage, 2 small steps up to the rest of the accommodation .Well equipped kitchen complete with microwave & brand new built in oven & ceramic hob. The lounge is very comfortably furnished with the benefit of two 2 seater sofas, new carpets & curtains, complete with new 50" flat screen free view TV, DVD player with a large selection of family movies, Digibox & CD player and four seater dining room table. The pretty, modern, brand new bathroom includes a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. There is ample heating provided by oil filled radiators. Parking right outside the property.

How do damage deposits work?

If Amanda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
