This clean, comfortable self-catering chalet on Sundowner Holiday Park is ideal for exploring Hemsby's local amenities and beaches. Just a short walk away from the beach, it is ideally located for days by the seaside, as well as a short drive away from the Norfolk Broads.

The holiday park is one of the quieter parks in Hemsby but is a stroll away from the more lively Bermuda park and Club Oasis which provides entertainment and has a swimming pool and amusements (charged separately), as well as a convenience store.

The chalet itself is clean, comfortable and well-equipped and comprises a living room with two sofas, a dining table and chairs and TV as well as electric wall heater. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave and kettle. Also included is an iron and ironing board and cleaning supplies. One bedroom has a double bed with drawers and hanging space and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with drawers and hanging space. Both contain electric wall heaters. The bathroom is equipped with a shower over a bath and sink and toilet.

All linen is included in the price, as are towels and electricity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bryony (the owner) a message.

If Bryony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
