Located in the East Anglian village of Hainford, this detached farmhouse sleeps ten people in four bedrooms.Grange Farmhouse sits on a stud farm and equestrian centre in Hainford in East Anglia. It has five bedrooms, made up of two king-size doubles with en-suites, a double with an en-suite and two more doubles, there is also a family bathroom, a family shower room and a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep ten people. Inside of the property there is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility, a dining room, two sitting rooms with woodburning stoves, a snug room and a study. To the outside lies plenty of off road parking and a lawn area with tables and chairs. Grange Farmhouse is a charming property in the perfect location for exploring East Anglia.

Amenities: Electric central heating with two woodburning stoves. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawn with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: If booked together with Ref 14395 there is an interconnecting door that can be opened between the properties. Note: No children under 12 years including infants. Note: Horses welcome, livery available by arrangement with owner. Note: The owner can arrange for sailing lessons at the nearby Wroxham Sailing Club; winter shooting breaks on one of the professional shoots in the area and racing days at Great Yarmouth, Fakenham or Newmarket, please contact the owner for more details. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar. Note: The property owner is to be notified if guests wish to invite others to

the property but they must note that children under 12 are not allowed. Note: the property does not have charging stations for electric vehicles, at

the moment, the owner would ask all visitors not to use the electricity

from the property they are staying in to charge their cars

Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Town: The village of Hainford is in North Norfolk, central to the scenery that Norfolk can offer. It is within reach of Norwich Airport, 3 miles from the village. 7 miles away is Norwich city, which has shopping facilities. There is a pub and restaurant in Hainford, whilst 3 miles away is the village of Coltishall, known as the Gateway to the Broads and has a well known pub/restaurant. The banks of the River Bure are the setting of Coltishall Staithe, a grassed area with pubs and restaurants, a village store/Post Office and attractive cottages
