“In the centra of town like a village”

Reviewed 25 Jan 2016

Our stay was to do with my business so looking for somewhere local and better than a hotel. Lovely little cottage in the centre of the high street within metres of all the shops and easy walking distance to the restaurants ( some very good ones) coffee shops etc. Nice people running the cottages and nothing seems to be a problem. Great place to relax and then explore when the weather is good :) Great that they provided towels as well as the bedding, a lot of places don't as as we are from overseas, buying towels would be an unnecessary expense.

“Home from Home”

Reviewed 1 Oct 2015

Booked this cottage as I required a weeks accommodation whilst working in the area. After staying in a number of serviced properties of the previous months this was by far the best, Difficult to explain but it felt like a home from home. The facilities were excellent and I received a very warm welcome from the owner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short or long term let in the area

“Perfect place for perfect stay”

Reviewed 3 Aug 2015

Despite the cottage being located right in the centre of Guisborough close to all the amenities (supermarkets and shops), it's very quiet as it's well hidden away behind a discreet gate. It has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Bathrom is amazing! Owners were extremely helpful without being intrusive and were very supportive when I was going through a difficult time. I know the area very well and can confirm that it's ideally located for visiting the North York moors and coastline.
