This mid-terrace cottage is situated in the village of Grosmont, near Whitby, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Heating provided by a multi-fuel stove, and the sitting room also has an electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed front garden with furniture and rear courtyard. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins and pub 1 min walk. Note: 60kg bag of fuel for the stove provided October to April; this can be sufficient for a week but is dependent on guest consumption and more may be desired.

Note: Off-road parking is up a level with a small flight of outdoor stairs or a footpath. Note: There is a steep staircase, unsuitable for those with limited mobility
