Set over three floors, this cottage apartment sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two second floor zip/link king-size double bedrooms, a third floor double, as well as a third floor bathroom and a second floor shower room. The cottage also has a first floor kitchen, first floor dining room and a first floor sitting room with open fire. Outside there is shared off road parking and a shared rear lawned garden with furniture. 40A High Street is an ideal base for town amenities, as well as being close to walks, cycle routes, golf and birdwatching.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.
