fully equipped and furnished. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), (fully equipped) kitchen, terrace (with chairs and table outside forging). Elevator. WIFI throughout the house included. totally exterior housing pedestrian street. Heated home in living room and 3 bedrooms. In addition to having awnings on all of them. pedestrian street to be quiet, which tranquility is assured. Communication is very good with the City Center. Disponeis 200m from bus stop (line SN2) and tram stop (Parada Andres Segovia). Although I prefer to walk to the center. It's a nice walk of about 20 min (Puerta Real) and which come across the river over its beautiful bridge. It is a neighborhood with many services. I'll will detail only a few that you can have in a radius of 100m around the house: public parking, playgrounds, sports facilities Municipal 20 meters (indoor heated pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court, Olympic track, field football with lawn, gym, basketball and football, etc ..), 500m is the Palacio de los Deportes and football stadium 'Los Cármenes "). In addition a few minutes walk you will find: bike paths, ice rink, McDonald, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, greengrocers, Mercadona, Square Abastos Zaidin (Merca80), movie theater, library, etc .. ..A 10-minute walk to the Mall the Seraglio (with cinemas, Zara, Maximo Dutti, etc ... many shops). It is a newly built shopping center featuring skating rink, playground zip lines, and attractions for children-well connected .... Housing for access from the motorway. For example, from the motorway (Ronda Sur) can go to the Alhambra just follow the highway and turn left to the parking climb the Alhambra (distance from the lower house 4km). On the contrary, if we climb to Sierra Nevada and its natural park just we have to go 25 more minutes and will arrive at the Ski Pradollano. In addition, you can walk to the center of Granada (Puerta Real) in just 17 sunny minutos.Vivienda. SW orientation. The sun enters all afternoon. The house has heating and air conditioning (Samsung Inverter) .The house is in perfect condition. It has been renovated a few years ago and is our second home. Have accessories for children and babies: travel cot, etc. (if needed give notice in advance). I NOT want guests to disturb neighbors with noise or parties

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
