Billiard, an incredible pool and spa, and decor straight from Europe—find this and more at SUNLAND VILLA, a 3,100+ sq ft 5-star villa right in the heart of Goodyear, Arizona! Cling to the edge of your seat as you watch your favorite films on one of the Surround Sound flat screens. Take a night swim in the the color of your choice—pool, garden lights, and spa streams are controlled by you! Take your meals in the ornate kitchen or the black tie formal dining room. Either way, you’ll be eating—and living—like royalty.

The Bedrooms

You’ve never seen a master suite quite like this one! Dusty rose drapes frame big windows, and a satiny gold king-size bed catches the light pouring in. Porcelain white master bath has a big soaking tub, spacious glass-wall shower, and not one but two vanity sinks. This is relaxation, in pure opulence.

Other bedrooms are unique enough to match any personality! A queen-size bedroom on the 2nd floor is pretty in pink, and the adjacent king-size bedroom is decked wall to wall in pale colors and striking wood—it’s a couple’s paradise. There’s another immaculate queen-size bedroom on the 1st floor, and kids and teens will love the loft, where a sumptuous couch and queen sleeper sofa surround an entertainment system. 2 full baths are on the second floor, so there’s plenty of space for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olivia (the owner) a message.

If Olivia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
