From the owner

No 40 is located in a holiday park called Freshwater Bay Holiday Village. It is in a rural location close to Freshwater East Beach. The property is a gentle 300 metre stroll from this sandy beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

The holiday homes in the holiday village were originally 2 bedroom but this one has been extended and is one of the few 3 bedroom holiday homes in Freshwater Bay Holiday Village.

No 40 has a light and airy feel. It is in a slightly elevated position with views across the valley and a side view upstairs to the beach.

It has a modern style with comfortable cream leather sofas and tiled reception rooms. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room on the ground floor plus a separate lounge and a double bedroom. On the first floor are two further bedrooms and a shower room. The exterior is finished blue cladding which gives it a nice seaside feel.

One of the great things about this property is the location. It is so handy for the beach but also well placed for exploring further afield by car to the wonderful delights of Pembrokeshire. In addition to the spectacular coastline are pretty towns and villages, National Trust woodlands, castles, theme parks, adventure activities, gardens and lots of places to eat good local food.

Another thing to mention is the price. Compared to other properties in the National Park, No 40 represents very good value for money.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
