Legacy Suite on Main is an ultra romantic suite located in the favorite block of downtown Fredericksburg's famed shopping district. This 900+ square foot luxury suite offers high original beaded board ceilings, original wood floors and fabulous exposed limestone walls. This historical building has been in the same family for four generations - thus the name Legacy Suite! Once a mercantile store and various retail stores, this space is now reverting back to the past when it housed a business downstairs and living quarters upstairs.

At the end of your day strolling Main Street, come back to this exquisite suite boasting a spectacular four poster king size bed, large sitting area and 50" plasma TV! You will enjoy a wonderful two-sided electric fireplace from both the bed and the oversized jacuzzi tub for two. This new suite is destined to become a perennial favorite, so don't miss your chance to book in advance. Enjoying this great location requires you to be above an old building, of course. So please do not book Legacy Suite if you are unable to climb stairs. Believe us, though, it's worth the climb!

Why can't I call Jeffrey (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jeffrey (the owner) a message.

If Jeffrey (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
