Villa Thimari is a two-story private villa been built on the outskirts of the famous village of Fiscardo, at a village called Vigli.

Villa Thimari has magnificent views to Ionian Sea, balancing perfectly the traditional and contemporary but also modern design. This is a high quality 3-bedroom villa with a private pool with pool-side facilities, having a beautiful stone exterior with a stylish and spacious interior.

Villa Thimari stands out due to its authentic Kefalonian stone and wood architecture. The spacious outside area provide endless moments of relaxation by the private pool admiring the breathtaking view over the sea and enjoying a glass of wine over the most amazing sunset!

Through the patio doors guests will go straight to the exterior shaded dinning terrace with a complete dinning set to enjoy your lunch protected from the sun. A walking path is leading to the pool terrace with pool-side facilities such as sun-loungers, parasols and side tables.

At the side of the house a brick BBQ is built tempting you for BBQ family/friends sessions!

Arriving at the villa, double sliding gates separating the villa from the street and there is an ample off-road parking for your hire car(s).

Getting into the villa through the main door you reach the open plan living area with plenty of seating around the flat screen Smart LED TV, an ornamental fireplace, a dining table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances and kitchenware. Large patio doors at one end of the living area allow plenty of natural light and open onto the exterior dining terrace.

Villa Thimari has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

On the ground floor is the twin bedroom which has patio doors opening on to the pool terrace, with stunning hillside and sea views. There is a shower room on the opposite side of the hall.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms. The bedroom at the front of the villa has a small private balcony with views of the surrounding village and uses the facilities of the adjacent bathroom. The double bedroom at the rear of the villa has an en suite bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the pool to the hillside and sea beyond.

A complementary welcome pack will be offered to get you started in order to cover your immediate needs after your arrival and before make your own shopping.

Split type air-condition units are installed throughout the villa and it is free to use. Free unlimited WiFi broadband internet access also available and provided at no extra cost. Satellite TV service with several English speaking channels also available.

Linens and towels are provided and will be changed twice per week. Pool towels are also provided. House keeping and cleaning service is also twice per week.
