Our luxury Penthouse suite Imaginarium was created originally targeted for your holiday.With its central position, its panoramic roof terrace, its proximity to excellent restaurants and a vibrant street market and its comfortable, bright and airy accommodation, Ortigia is an ideal solution for anyone wishing to get the very best out of one of Italy's most delightful towns.

Accommodation

The penthouse (100 sqm + 60 sqm terrace) consists of a large entrance which is accessed via an internal staircase to the same home.

The kitchen is large and bright thanks to the large window at the front.

Two separate rooms, with double bed, and in suite bathroom ideal to accommodate couples or even single features an elegant wardrobe, and a porte -fenetre window that opens directly onto a silent street.

Both rooms and kitchen are with air condition.

Two modern bathrooms whitch have large showers.

From the kitchen you have direct access to the large terrace of 60 square meters with a scrap of sea view, and beatiful view on churches, Ortigia roofs and Etna volcano.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with owen, dishes, knifes, frying pans, pots. Everything what a cook could wish for.

On the terrrace there is an open air shower, which will refresh you on the hot days. The terrace is also provided with open air kitchen with sink and barbecue.

Location

Ortigia, Siracusa, penthouse. Given the favorable position in which it is located, you can reach virtually on foot, all the points of interest in the city of Syracuse and in Ortigia, connected to the mainland by bridges. Within walking distance you can enjoy the spring of Arethusa, then move on to the splendid cathedral of the city, built on the highest part of Ortigia, on what was once the temple of Athena (Minerva). A few meters away you can enjoy the thunderous clamor of traditional food market of Ortigia where immerse yourself in the aromas and flavors characteristic of a land that leaves its mark in the memory.

Ideal for those wishing to spend a quiet holiday immersed in art and natural beauty, for honeymooners alternative, and / or for business people who do not want to be locked in a hotel room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mariusz (the owner) a message.

If Mariusz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
