ERMIONI VILLA, a renovated mansion focusing on the respect in tradition is located 2 km outside the historic town of Zakynthos.

Situated away from the noisy life of tourist resorts combines the traditional architecture of the Ionian culture and natural beauty.

Outdoors the local materials, such as stone, bricks or else touvletes and wood form an integral part of the landscape.

A stone yard of 180 m² with 5 terraces, 2 of them belonging to bedrooms, with iron sofas and traditional dining table, ideal for your nights under the stars, with flowers, spice plants and the garden with orange, lemon, pear and other trees, is the environment around the villa.

Everything outside is surrounded by a 2m. high wall for the privacy of the guests.

Indoors dominates the minimal aesthetics combined with the intense traditional style.

On the ground floor there is an open space kitchen with dining and sitting area with a fire place.

There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead to the semi-floor where kids could play or sixth guest could sleep.

Interior stairs lead to the first floor where there are a bedroom, a bathroom and an office with a view.

Owners of the villa will help you explore your naturalistic, gastronomical and recreational wanderings.

Villa Ermioni is the perfect place from which you can explore mountain and seaside.

A tasty "energy supply" is needed to start your day, therefore local eggs and hot bread are daily offered to you.

Why can't I call Dimitrios (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dimitrios (the owner) a message.

If Dimitrios (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
