Forty Winks In North Norfolk is an exclusive Private Use Converted Cart Barn for 2 guests within the curtilage of Loke End, Just over 4 miles from Cromer, Mundesley and North Walsham, Forty Winks is in a perfect location to explore the North Norfolk coast and close to the Norfolk broads national park. Just a few hundred meters from the Gunton railway station, (Norwich to Cromer / Sheringham line) you can explore on foot, cycle, car or train. Created exclusively for couples, walkers, cyclists, artists, writers, bird watchers, this is an ideal location to either hideaway in the Norfolk countryside or use as a base for exploration of this corner of the North Norfolk coast and country!Being completely separate from the main house, Forty Winks offers complete privacy and rural seclusion yet your hosts are on hand if required. Designed mainly for couples, the accommodation has a main room bedroom, a wet room with WC, shower and Washbasin and a separate breakfast room which could accommodate an extra person in a single or sofa bed if needed. There are no food preparation, cooking or washing up facilities in Forty Winks, A self serve Continental Breakfast is available from the breakfast bar and includes a selection of cereals, fruit, pastries, toast and yoghurt, together with a variety of speciality teas and coffee.

Your hosts, Sally and Chris live in the main house just 35m away and are there when needed at the push of a button. One or both will greet you on arrival and get you checked in a familiar with Forty Winks. Daily we will take away used breakfast crockery and cutlery to put through the dishwasher and returned to your table. Towels will be refreshed or replaced and stock in the breakfast bar will be topped up. One or both of your hosts will be there to answer any local questions and when its time to leave we will wave you off and wish you a safe journey home.

How do damage deposits work?
