From the owner

Santa Ana has had a recent reform to a very high standard. It is in the best location just across the road from the beach and within easy walking distance of all amenities and the marina. The sea view is stunning, you could not get better!

There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby from your typical Spanish chiringuito (beach bar) with freshly cooked sardines and other fish dishes to restaurants offering international cuisine.

The lounge area offers home from home comforts with internet, Spanish & UK TV and a great sea view from the comfy sofa. There is mood lighting on a dimmer switch for evening relaxing and other excellent lighting throughout the apartment.

The apartment is south facing so benefits from the sun all day and has a small furnished terrace.

There is air conditioning to all the bedrooms and the lounge. Each bedroom has usb electric sockets for phone charging.

Excellent fully equipped kitchen with full oven & hob, dishwasher & washing machine and breakfast bar.

Bedroom 1 has air conditioning, a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a small safe and the window is double glazed.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe and a separate w.c. and wash basin.

There is a small gated parking area on a first come first served basis and also an underground garage parking space available for guest use. A €50 refundable deposit is required for the remote control.

Spanish, UK and some international television channels are accessible.

Main road location so expect some road noise.

Second floor apartment with no lift access. There is no pool but excellent location to beach.

Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can. Very few wait until 16.00pm.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by Benalrent, a husband and wife team with 15 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with an arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €30 meet & greet charge, after midnight it is €60.

Santa Ana is managed by myself and my husband Nigel of Benalrent and we will always be available as a contact in the resort as this is where we live. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
