From the owner

Our stunning, house sleeping 13 with 6 bedrooms, is set in over 1 acre of grounds adjacent to our family farm and benefits from breathtaking views over open countryside. Situated in a quiet hamlet 12 miles South East of York, we are perfectly located for visits to York and beyond. Our house overlooks the Lower Derwent Valley nature reserve and the Pocklington canal. Our spacious, detached property boasts contemporary luxury and includes under-floor heating, log burner and an open fire. The ground floor comprises a large kitchen diner, three reception rooms, utility, boot room and wet-room. The first floor includes six bedrooms, two with en-suite, plus two additional bathrooms. Outside we have a large patio area suitable for barbecues, extensive private grounds, and a wood fired hot-tub.
