A beautiful, four bedroom villa only 100 metres from the beach and the Estrella del Mar beach club.

Access to the villa is through a secure automatic gate where you enter a wonderfully manicured garden with a private pool. Parking is either in the private garage or the car port at the front of the house.

You enter the house into a large entrance hall, leading off of this is a sizeable lounge/dining area with a dining table and chairs sofa and arm chairs, a desk and Smart TV. The lounge opens on to a covered terrace which runs all the way along the villa and is furnished with table and chairs. This overlooks the garden and private pool and a solid gazebo with chairs and a children´s playhouse. To the left of the entrance hall there is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything needed to enjoy dinner on the terrace or a barbecue around the pool. There is a small utility area leading from the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer with an ice maker. Spiral steps from the utility area lead down to a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom you can also access the garage from this level.

To the right of the entrance hall is a corridor with the master bedroom at the end furnished with a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes, a cot and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a second bedroom again with fitted wardrobes an arm chair and an en-suite with a wall-in shower. The third bedroom has a travel cot in the fitted wardrobes and a king size bed.

The villa has free WI-FI and air conditioning hot and cold enjoys sea views and has a restaurant just across the road.

    We travel regularly to the area but this is by far the worst villa we have stayed in. This villa was very poor internally. It was unclean when we moved in. By way of example, there was a strange o… More
