Magnifico apartment 95m south orientation and very bright, located 15 meters from the beach and with direct access to the sea, you need not take the car for anything, internet wifi area in the apartment itself and also in the pool. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms (with double bed of 1.50m with quality mattress), large living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and separate air conditioning in every room of the house. Terrace of 15m equipped with all the furniture needed to enjoy the sun also has charcoal barbecue that you can use when you want direct access to the garden and pools (1st line apartment, no other apartment opposite, only Beach ). It has a plasma TV in the lounge and a smaller one in the main room TV, satellite TV channels in English-French-German ,, including payment channel channel plus ... Etc. Urbanization is a closed with private parking, tropical gardens, 5 swimming pools 3 for adults and 2 for children enclosure; Private security, optional gym, playground, sun terrace etc. The environment Located in one of the best beaches in Marbella and the Costa del sol (Playa Perla Blanca or also Playa de la Vibora) with natural sand where children can swim safe (no rocks and no unevenness when entering the sea) this beach has direct access from the same complex. About 150m from the famous Niki Beach and Don Carlos Hotel. In one of the best natural areas of Marbella, surrounded by golf courses, pine forests, mountains and near the marina of Cabo Pine. At about 300m you have everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, health centers, hardware stores, banks, bars etc ..... The apartment is located about 15 km from Puerto Banus and Marbella Casino has a beach bar (laurel) a few 50m, supermarkets and shops within 300m, in less than 10 minutes drive you can be in the center of Marbella. Activities and attractions The beach has water activities like sports widsurf, jetskis, kayack ... etc. In less than an hour you can reach Gibraltar to enjoy the peculiarities of the Rock yr buy countless shops in less than 10 minutes drive you can be in the center of Marbella and 30 minutes in the center of Malaga where you can enjoy the Picasso Museum , the Thyssen museum, Alcazaba, Cathedral .... etc
