This ground floor apartment has direct access to the beautiful gardens and pool of Pino Golf de Don Carlos, Elviria. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding grounds, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size double bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and the second bedroom twin beds, making it ideal for families. The second bathroom is complete with bath and shower over.

This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feel really homely. It is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable furnishings, Flat screen TV (some international channels), wifi, DVD and music players. There is plenty of easy street parking right

Available for weekly rent and for short term lets. No pets. No smoking inside the apartment. Long term rentals may be considered. Wifi is 20eur per week. Final clean/laundry charge of 90eur is payable locally together with any midstay clean/laundry as required. English speaking representative on hand to answer any questions. We can also assist you with car hire and/or airport transfers. Cot and high chair available for 15eur each per week, subject to availability.

Arrivals between the hours of 2300hrs and 0830hrs will incur a late meet and greet supplement of 40eur (payable locally) .

Golf Clubs (Santa Maria Golf, Greenhills, Santa Clara, Miraflores, Cabopino to name but a few) all only 5 minutes drive away, Romana Playa Spa and gym facilities 5 minutes walk. Aventura Amazonia adventure playground 1 minute walk. La Canada Shopping Mall 10 minutes drive away and Marbella Old Town 15 mins drive, or just hop on the local bus (regular service every 30 minutes.). Lots for the family to do during the day from ranging from adventure playgrounds, pedaloes, beaches, aquaparks etc..Supermarkets, shops, bars, banks, restaurants just 2 minutes walk . Five Star Don Carlos Hotel and the famous Nikki Beach just 10 minutes walk away. All you would need for a fun filled and relaxed holiday.

The Costa del Sol region

Beautiful coastal drive with blue skies and blue seas. Lots to see and do. The weather is 12-18degrees centigrade in the winter springing up to 28-34degrees in the height of the summer months. The sandy beaches in the Elviria area are known as being some of the best in the Costa del Sol. Marbella and glamorous Puerto Banus are 20 minutes drive away, or why not catch the bus? Those who are feeling a little more adventurous can venture inland into the mountains to visit the local villages such as Ronda, Monda and Ojen with their relaxed way of life.

Lots for the kids to do with theme and aqua parks. The Amazonia Tree Adventure Park is immediately opposite the complex. Fuengirola Zoo around 20 minutes away and Tivoli World in Benalmadena just 10 minutes further. There is a huge choice of restaurants offering great food at a wide range of prices. Drive to Gibraltar for the day and get your duty free shopping.

Elviria

Marbella's motto is "A Way of Life" and, certainly, this luxurious resort town seems to have it all and is, once again, rising to the fore as a favourite location with the rich and famous, as well as more ordinary folk who are willing to pay just a little bit extra for southern Spain's answer to St Tropez.

From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a spit, fried fish and the incomparable paella. There are also two large parks in Marbella which provide some welcome shade to spend some time with a book.

There are also three pleasure craft harbours here, but for those looking for something a little smaller, Cabopino Port has the answer. Just 5 minutes drive from the apartment this small harbour is surrounded by a selection of bars and restaurants and has a great atmosphere in the evening.

Of course, for those looking for more active nightlife, we should not forget the glamour and bling of Puerto Banus and it's beach clubs. More importantly, the world famous Nikki Beach is only 10 minutes walk away.

i took my family of two children 2 and 6 years old we had a fantastic hoiday this accomidation was perfect no fighting for sun beds the pool was never to ful land always nice and clean. the accomadation was claen and tidy all the rooms a good size i would recomend this property to anyone i will be revisiting again ourselves.

It's always good to hear that our guests have enjoyed their stay. You were a pleasure to deal with and we would be happy to welcome you back any time :-)

I know the area and picked this rental because there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance unlike some properties where it is a long trek uphill or a taxi ride back from everywhere. It is also walking distance to the beach which is a huge bonus. The property itself has a lovely terrace which gave us direct access to the large private pool ( again some properties with a communal pool you have to walk around the block or up and down loads of stairs). The gardens were wonderfully private and very peaceful to relax in when we wanted a break. I really enjoyed my stay here and we would definitely rent it again on our next trip.
