We are proud to share that in addition to following CDC guidelines for cleaning our villa, we installed a hospital grade whole house AIR PURIFIER that kills 99% of all germs, mold and bacteria both in the air and on all surfaces. We feel it's important to make our place as safe as possible for our guests.

We have created a "boutique hotel feel" offering much more space, privacy and amenities than a traditional hotel room.
NOTE: Should you be traveling with a large party and need additional accommodations, we have a brand new luxury 1 bed, 1.5 bath villa that sleeps (4) on the same property. Should you decide to rent both villas, pool access can be open to everyone. Our other listing is titled "Brand New 'Boutique Hotel' Style Villa in the Heart of Delray Beach".
Complimentary WiFi is included along with premium Cable television. There is a 60" flat screen TV in the Living Room and a TV in the master bedroom.
The gourmet chef's kitchen overlooks the pool and features high end appliances including a Wolf 6 burner gas range, Bosch dishwasher and Subzero refrigerator with built in ice maker, beautiful marble countertops, an eating island w/ a prep sink, and a Nespresso machine for your morning brew!
The master suite is furnished with a lovely Charles Rogers Wrought Iron king size bed, premium pillow top mattress, luxurious white down comforter and pillows, and ultra soft sheets. (We also provide down alternative pillows and comforters if that's your preference). There is a TV in the master suite, and a large walk in closet offering you plenty of storage.
The master bathroom has beautiful herringbone marble floors, a spacious vanity, fluffy cotton towels, a large walk in shower w/ a thermostatic rain head & hand shower, and a lovely soaking tub for your relaxation!
For your convenience, there's a separate laundry room with an Electrolux front load washer & dryer!
The lovely pool patio beckons you to enjoy morning coffee outdoors or dinner Al Fresco! Featuring silver travertine, lush landscaping, fruit trees, two comfortable lounge chairs w/ thick cushions for relaxing by the pool, an outdoor sofa and chair, two large patio umbrellas, and a cafe table (seats 4). There is also a brand new BBQ conveniently hooked up to a permanent gas line for your outdoor grilling pleasure! Additionally, the pool can be heated during your stay for $200 per week.
All of our properties are equipped with a smart lock making check in quick and easy. We’ll program your custom entry code prior to arrival.
We are CLEAN fanatics and we deep clean the entire property between each and every guest. Please note that bi-weekly cleaning service is required for guests staying longer than two weeks (inquire).
Delray Beach was rated the number one beach in Florida in Viewers Choice as well as the “Most Fun Small Town in America”, according to Rand McNally. Also, Atlantic Avenue was recently listed as one of America's top shopping streets by USA Today.
Our property is just 8 blocks to the Beach and Atlantic Ave, and 4 blocks to Pineapple Grove. Both are walkable but if you'd rather ride you can try the Delray Downtowner which is an open air golf cart offering "free" rides all over town and/or to the beach daily.
In addition to it's central location, Delray Beach is a lovely "Village by the Sea" offering a variety of shops, and top notch restaurants w/ extensive menus. The public beach has beautiful soft white sand, and is nicer than many private beaches. For a truly enjoyable day of relaxation at the beach, deluxe beach cabanas can be rented daily or by the hour.
We are just steps away from the famous French Bakery where you can enjoy authentic croissants, sandwiches, cookies, delicious coffee and other treats.
The Delray Tennis Center is also just a short distance and has some of the top instructors in Florida!
