Four bedroom, three bath home is 3000 sf.,

We do have a Verizon Micro-cell in the house, so Verizon coverage is good in the house. There is full WiFi/Internet service for (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), FaceTime, etc.

Room 1:

Includes a beautiful Four Poster Queen size bed, 2 chairs with a small table, 1 night-stand with a lamp, and a dresser. The walls have original oil paintings from a long past generation of artists. In the closet you will find a luggage rack and 2 bathrobes for your use. The bathroom is a shared hallway bathroom with two sinks and a shower bathtub. Tesla car charger available for guests.

Room 2:

Includes a queen size bed and Mid-Century Ethan Allen classic furniture; a chair, chest of drawers, and nightstand with a lamp. In the closet you will find a luggage rack and 2 bathrobes for your use. The bathroom is a shared hallway bathroom with two sinks and a shower bathtub. This room is near a side entrance for more privacy if needed. Tesla car charger available for guests.

Room 3:

Is situated at the back of the house with access to the back patio and pool through a sliding glass door. This large room includes beautiful classic furnishings, a Cal King bed, with 2 chairs, 2 night stands with Tiffany style lamps and a dresser. In the closet you will find a luggage rack and 2 bathrobes for your use. A private bathroom is located in the room and includes a separate bathtub and a shower with 2 shower heads. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a large mirror. Tesla car charger available for guests.

Room 4:

Is secluded from the other bedrooms, located near the garden, green house and chicken coop and has its own adjoining bathroom. The room includes a Four Poster queen bed, 2 nights stands each with Tiffany style lamps, a chair and a sliding glass door that leads to the back patio and backyard pool. In the closet you will find a luggage rack and 2 bathrobes for your use. The bathroom is a full bath with a shower. This room can be accessed by a side entrance for more privacy. Tesla car charger available for guests.

How do damage deposits work?
