Church Farm Barns is located in the beautiful North Norfolk Countryside, but just a 20 min drive from both Cromer and Holt.

This listing is for all 3 of our barns, sleeping up to 17 in total, making Church Farm Barns the perfect place for large families, or for celebrations such as wedding anniversaries, special birthdays or hen dos.

Rated 4 stars with visit England.

The accommodation is split over the 3 barns which are all joined together externally, surrounding a large, fully enclosed, courtyard garden.

We regularly have large groups to stay and they love that they can all sit around the same table to eat and socialise together in Corner Barn, but also have their own space to escape to when needed.

The barns are also available to rent individually, please see my other listings if you are interested in renting just 1 or 2 barns.

Corner Barn sleeps up to 9 people in:

1 kingsized room down stairs with ensuite.

This is our disabled friendly room as everything is on one level, and the ensuite has a larger wet room style area for easy access in a wheel chair.

Upstairs there is 1 double room with ensuite shower room, 1 triple (3 single beds) with ensuite shower room.

Plus the option for 2 on the sofa bed on the mezzanine floor (this can either bed set up as 2 single beds or 1 king sized bed).

Corner Barn is large enough for you all to eat around the same table and also socialise together in the large lounge area.

The downstairs of Corner has underfloor heating as well as a log burner in the lounge to keep you nice and toasty.

The large kitchen in Corner makes cooking for the whole group easy.

Owl barn sleeps up to 6 in:

1 double room and two twin rooms.

Owl has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and also a separate toilet with sink.

Owl also has a table that seats 6, a lounge area and a kitchen.

Owl has central heating.

Bailey's barn sleeps 2 in 1 double bed.

Bailey's has underfloor heating as well as a little log burner- perfect if there is a couple in your group who like to have their own space.

The bathroom in Bailey's has a large walk in shower area.

If there are little ones in your group, we can provide up to 2 proper cots, 2 high chairs, baby bath and stair gates for Corner barn. If you require any of these please let us know upon booking.

The 3 barns surround a large, private, courtyard garden.

There is plenty of outdoor seating so that you can all sit togther if the weather is nice.

Each barn has a charcoal Bbq available for you to use.

The Open barn is also in the courtyard area, this contains games to keep you entertained including a table tennis table, mini golf and other outside games. We also provide buckets, spades and crabbing nets for trips to the beach.

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in here.

The courtyard is separated from the drive way by a gate- perfect for containing children and dogs. There is parking for up to 8 cars on the drive, please be aware that this is based on 8 average sized cars and you would struggle to fit 8 SUVs or people carriers. Our road is also too narrow to park on, so please take this into consideration when organising transport to the barns!

Located in the lovely rural village of Wickmere, Church Farm Barns has beautiful off road, countryside walks right from the door step. Many of the windows in the barns have uninterrupted field views.

We are just a 20 min drive from Cromer and Sheringham beaches, with many other beaches within half an hour.

Our guests always comment on how close we are to many of North Norfolk's attractions.

We provide a welcome pack in each barn for your arrival containing all the essentials including a pint of milk, orange juice, Yorkshire teabags, freshly ground coffee, homemade Jane or marmalade, sugar, salt and pepper.

We do welcome dogs, if you are planning on bringing a dog or 2 with you. Please let us know before hand so that we can give you the relevant doggy information. Please note that we do not allow dogs to be left alone in the property and they are not allowed on the beds.

As you will see, our standard check in time is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. This is because if we have to clean all 3 barns for another group checking in on the day you leave it can take us all day.

If there is noone leaving on the day you arrive, or checking in on the day you leave, then we always offer extended check in/ check out times.

We do our best to give you extra time, but as this depends on other guests we cannot offer these until about a week before your stay.

We are in a small village with neighbours close by and the barns are also linked to a 4th holiday let, Harvest, which has its own garden. We do ask that you are respectful and keep the noise to a minimum.

We are dog friendly (max of 2 per cottage). But PLEASE let us know if you are bringing dogs with you, and how many, so that we can let you know our doggy rules etc.
We do not allow the dogs to be left unattended inside the barns and they are not allowed on the beds and ideally not on the sofas.

We live in a very small village with neighbours near by so we do ask that you are respectful and keep any noise to a minimum (especially late at night).
