STONEFLY STUDIO is a charming luxury living accommodation for 2-3 people at Dragonfly Flats, the newest lodging on Creede's Main St.

The newly renovated Victorian retreat that has 4 separate flats that can be rented separately or together. You can relax on the porch swing, rockers or bistro tables, enjoy the fire-pit in the backyard or step out your front door to the the center of the dining & arts district. It's the ultimate luxury vacation spot and walking distance to everything!

The space

STONEFLY STUDIO is an awesome 480 SQ FT retreat for 2 people with a rustic, automotive, Americana theme. It has a kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, an electric double burner and pots and pans to cook with as well as a microwave. It has a queen size bed and all the essentials such as a coffee pot, toaster, iron, blow dryer, flatware, glassware, silverware, linens, towels, etc. This flat does not have a washer/dryer, but there are several right across the street at Kips Grill.

Guest access

BBQ and fire-pit as well as patio furniture are available for all guests to use. We ask that if you use the propane, please replace it with a new tank before you leave.

There is a trash dumpster on the alley side of the house for all guests to use.

Interaction with guests

Owners do not live on the premises, but we have on-site management. Big Country Fun is located on the first floor and are in the office during normal business hours or available by phone when needed. They only live a block away! Please call Geof if you need anything during your stay (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or Jule at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

Other things to note

We offer discounts for booking multiple units. There is a $25/night discount for 2 flat rental, $50/night for 3 flat rental and $75/night for 4 flat rental. We provide a complimentary welcome basket as well as toiletries. We have high speed wifi in all flats as well as flat screen TV's.

Our guests will receive a 10% discount from Big Country Fun for ATV and horseback riding packages. Messages us on this site for more info on this.

How do damage deposits work?
