Beautifully appointed newly converted Bullpen situated amongst Farm buildings,enjoying wonderful views over open countryside with far reaching views of the South Downs and Glyndebourne.15 mins walk to the village public house and stores and Post Office. Nearby Barcombe Mills also within easy reach by foot or car.

The cottage itself is fully equipped with washing machine ,,dishwasher,oven microwave,fridge ,freezer. and all kitchen utensils,and crockery. The ensuite has a large wet room with shower,wc,and handbasin.The double bedroom has a Kingsize bed.and fitted wardrobes. The living area and kitchen has a tv.table and chairs. There is also a sofa bed if required to sleep a third guest.

Outside,there is a small patio area with table and chairs, also,just 20metres away are the lawns and garden of the listed Farmhouse which guests are invited to enjoy should they wish.Please note that there are many birds including peacocks that roam free on the property.very friendly though!

    How do damage deposits work?
