This home is perfectly located, just minutes to the nearby beaches. Also, minutes to golf courses, restaurants/pubs, grocery stores, shopping centers and so much more!Also included: 1 King size bed, 2 Queens and bunk beds, pillows, fresh linens, blankets, bath and pool towels, washer/dryer, stove/oven, full sized fridge, microwave, outdoor grill, screened-in patio with in ground pool, flat screen TV with WIFI and much more!! they also have access to more than 300 movies because they have Netflix.

Check-in: The earliest check-in time is 5:00PM. Day of Check-In the Property Manager will send a message that will provide you with a door code to enter the home. Inside you will find a set of keys and one garage opener on the kitchen counter next to a binder that provides useful information for your stay. 3 keys are given. 1 key opens the front door the other 2 are for the back door and laundry room. (PLEASE do not get confused and think all 3 keys opens all doors)

Checkout: The latest check out time is 10:00 A.M. There will NOT be a refund for early checkouts. Please make sure all lights are off and doors are locked before leaving. Beds can be left unmade.

Deposit: The deposit is for security and shall be refunded after Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:

damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

Property Rules:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed Inside of home. Smoking is allowed outside only.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

4. The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please do NOT remove anything from the home.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Pets are NOT allowed.

8. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.

9. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.

10. Swimming Pool: [No children In pool without adult supervision]. Use at your own risk. The pool is NOT a heated pool.

11. Avoid leaving doors open while the AC is running.

12. Beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, ice cooler, beach toys etc. are provided and can be taken to the beach but must be returned to the vacation home.

Keep your eyes open if you’re on the beach at dusk or dawn. We very often see dolphins swimming right off shore. If the dolphins come in close, which they do occasionally, do not get in the water and try to touch them. It is illegal to touch the dolphins (we humans have germs that harm the dolphins). A fun, inexpensive thing to do is to rent the ocean kayaks off the beach. Morning is usually the best time, when the waters are generally calmer.
