A 2400 sq. foot (3400 sq. foot total) beautifully appointed 3BR/3BA Mediterranean style townhome with private elevator, comes with every amenity your family needs for an amazing vacation. The unit includes HD SmartTV in 4 rooms and 100MB+ lightning speed free wireless internet. The Living Room includes a 55” HD SmartTV, an X-Box 360 Console, FREE Netflix and numerous DVD movies for your enjoyment. A private elevator provides easy access to all levels for everyone, no lugging groceries and luggage up the stairs. This unit is fully equipped for fun with 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart to carry everything. Enjoy the onsite pool with lounge chairs and umbrella table. The perfect place for the entire family.

The fourth floor of this 4-story unit is the 1000+ sq. ft. private rooftop terrace with views of the sunsets over the Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the night lights of the Bay Area from your private, outdoor living rooftop terrace with sofa/coffee table, 4 burner BBQ, lounge chairs, dining table and a hot tub.

The third floor contains the Master suite with a King bed and 50” HD SmartTV. The Master bath includes a large jetted tub and separate large shower and his and hers separate vanities. This floor also includes a second bedroom with 40” HD SmartTV, queen bed and a private full bath. If your needs require, a fully equipped laundry room with washer/dryer is also provided.

The second floor has the living room/dining room, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, the full bath and third bedroom. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, dishware and numerous other items for your convenience. The living room and adjoining balcony over the pool, has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The third bedroom has a 40” HD SmartTV, queen bed and a private full bath.

The first floor is the garage and storage area for all the fun stuff available for the beach and play. You can park one car in the garage and an additional two in the private off-street driveway. Not that you will need use of them, as the beach is less than a five minute walk and Pier 60 is a less than a 10 minute walk from this beautiful townhome. The pool faces south so you get full sun from morning till sunset! The pool area has lounge chairs and umbrella table for relaxing in the shade. Forgot your fishing pole, no worries, this unit also includes fishing poles and stocked tackle box. Catch your dinner right off our private docks.

How do damage deposits work?
