Pelican Pointe resort is across the street from powdery white sands of the Gulf of Mexico located in the heart of popular Clearwater beach. Just a few blocks from Pier 60 and walking distance to all local attractions, eateries and beach shops. Relax at this fully furnished studio with 1 queen bed plus kitchenette, complete bathroom and tropical city view from your window. Sleeps 2 people comfortably. Swim at the beach or soak up the sun from the large outdoor heated pool deck. During your stay be sure to visit some of the many attractions Pinellas county has to offer such as Dunedins Honeymoon Island & Knology Park/Raymond James stadium for spring baseball training, Tampa Busch gardens adventure and water park (25 minute drive east), Tarpon Springs sponge docks (excellent Greek food 25 minutes north), Salvador Dali art museum in St. Petersburg and of course Disney World (90 minutes east). Local activities include free movies, entertainment & crafts at Pier 60, fishing charters, snorkeling & scuba trips, jet skiing, parasailing and don't forget to visit "Winter the dolphin" at Clearwater beach aquarium (loved by the kids) and plenty of restaurants and shopping. I understand you are frustrated because I had to charge you a late check out fee of $45. the housekeeper arrived at noon to find no one in the condo and suitcases were not even packed yet. she waited 45 minutes for you to return but you still never showed up. I tried to call you but you did not answer your cell phone. I told the housekeeper to go ahead and leave since we could not find you. I had to pay her for that day and for the next day. Thank goodness no one was checking in until the next afternoon, otherwise you would've left me in a very bad position. I hope you understand now why it is so important to check out on time at 11 a.m.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole (the owner) a message.

If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
