Chalet Scierie is a beautifully renovated detached chalet in the hamlet of Les Tines, a quiet spot ideally situated for skiing in both Chamonix and Argentiere as it lies a few minutes' drive from the Flegere lift or 5 minutes from Les Grands Montets. This pretty chalet is in a wonderful mountain setting next to a chapel; with the sound of the river running past and fabulous views of Mont Blanc it really is idyllic.

On the ground floor there is a large hall/boot room, and the living area is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The hand-made kitchen has a beautiful range, breakfast bar, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with a small freezer unit. The chalet also has a washing machine and tumble drier in the spacious cellar/basement. The living/dining area is perfectly suited to relaxing in comfortable chairs around the fireplace, with large windows looking towards Mont Blanc and some beautiful sunsets. Upstairs on the first floor both of the bedrooms have French windows leading to a balcony with the same beautiful view. On the second floor one of the two bedrooms has a free standing bath and basin, the other is a smaller twin/double bedroom with a basin, and the low beds in this room run into the pitch of the roof.

Outside there is a hot tub on the decking and then the garden, all south facing towards the wonderful view. There is also a garage with plenty of space, tucked in on the right hand side.

The price includes chalet rental, linen & towels (changed weekly), electricity, heating, standard final clean, representative service, use of jacuzzi, welcome food supplies and kitchen essentials.

This chalet may be reserved with the services of a chef and housekeeper. Please ask for details.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Colleen (the owner) a message.

If Colleen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
