Why not stay at Moray Hastings? (formally called La Villetta) A self-catering apartment for up to 6-7 (including travel cot) on England's south coast with direct sea-views. Situated in a Georgian Grade II listed building and within close proximity to all of Hastings' major attractions. A stylish clean and modern set of interiors to our apartment with elegant features such as original fireplace, crystal chandeliers in both main rooms with lovely French doors opening out onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views (see our cover photo taken from the balcony), it's lovely to have a drink and watch the world go by.

Better than a hotel, as you get a whole self-contained apartment!

Also, we are open to quoting for longer stays with further discounts.

Please note, last minute bookings are available and are dependent on us setting up the apartment in time and checking if we can accommodate any special requirements such as late arrival. To avoid disappointment always book as far in advance as possible.

Bookings based on a 2pm arrival (4pm during covid as extra cleaning is required) check-in and a 10am departure / checkout - we can usual accommodate different times with our meet and greet person then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time, which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility.

We lower our prices during gap periods to allow guests to get a great deal when this is available, but please be aware there maybe a min number of days required and a single night supplement - just ask and we can give you an accurate price.

There is a £85 cleaning fee per visit which is added to the rental.

We also have a fee for booking through Tripadvisor of £50.

We charge £35 extra for well-behaved pets, or one fee per pet per stay and max total of 2 pets, please note we hold the security deposit for an extra 2 weeks if you have a pet staying.

Subject to availability we can offer a late check-out for £35 up to 1530, so that is an extra 5.5hrs without paying for a full night and sometimes early check-in again subject to availability for £35 from 10am - this helps you extend your stay and get the most out of your time away for minimal cost i.e. not paying for extra nights.

We also have a baby cot hire and high chair at £45 per stay. Extra beds setup is also £45

A washing and drying machine is available in the apartment at £10 per day or £50 per week - this charge is in place to cover our costs.

Our security deposit is always preauthorised on a credit/debit card for £200 and may be more if you are staying longer than 1 week and have a larger group and/or have pets staying, no monies are taken (although your credit balance may be reduced while we hold it), we simply hold this until guests have left and we have successful re-inspected the apartment as per our terms and conditions.

Prices may vary (subject to owners’ discretion) on season and event times throughout the year, discounts, promotions, booking site and supplements can apply as laid out in our listing and descriptions - if in doubt please ask.

Should you wish to change the date(s) of your holiday or any other element, we will adjust the payment necessary for the particular tariff for that period, should the tariff be higher or lower, then any additional credit/debit card/bank transfer charges or reimbursements will be made as well as a £25 admin charge added to your booking. If you wish to see the full booking terms if you are booking direct, please request these before payment is made.

Parking is opposite in a pay as you go car park, there is free parking on some roads around Hastings. If you want a reduced weekly parking permit for the car park opposite - you can get this next door at Hastings Council or online.

We also have other beachside apartments available in Suffolk, just ask for details.

Currently we have a 2 day min booking due to the extra covid cleaning and procedures, but if you would like a one night stay we add £50.

We recommend all guests take out adequate travel insurance which includes covid19 cover and recommend StaySure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Moray (the owner) a message.

If Moray (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
