Modern and cozy place in Cavtat will give you opportunity to spend vacation close to historical center and far enough to enjoy peace during the night. Perfect for families with kids. Located just 3 minutes walk from the beautiful beach.

The apartment comfortably fits 6 people. There are 2 double bedrooms. There is a spacious living room where you could relax and hang out, there is a big LCD TV. Big sofa could be sofa bed for two people. Dining area is connected to the kitchen and the table is large enough for everyone to enjoy the meal together. There is bathroom with a shower. The apartment includes a big terracce with brand new jacuzzi for five to six people, outdoor table and chairs where our guests could relax and enjoy together.

The JACUZZI and outdoor space is exclusive to the apartment and it is not shared with another apartment. If you book this apartment than the whole terracce and the jacuzzi is only yours.

This beautiful, classy apartment is air conditioned + free Internet (WiFi) + ADSL + TV SAT and with fully equipped kitchen. Also in the bathroom you have washing machine, which is free to use and also a hairdryer. We also provide a towels and clean sheets if you stay longer than seven days.

The apartment has its own parking space. Several restaurants, big supermarket, café bars, a fitness centre, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.

There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season. (bus no.10, bus station is 100 m away) .

To all our dear guests who arrived by plane we organize transfer with a special price from and to airport, and for those arriving by car private secure parking.

Please note, that you may not be able to use Jacuzzi pool on your first day ... because we change the water in it and it takes few hours to heat water again. You may use it only in the evening on your first day. When it’s warm. Although, Jacuzzi pool also can be ready to use immediately after your arrival, in case we didn’t have guests before you :))

“Perfect holiday!”

Our second year in a row in Croatia. Stayed at Katarina Apts.Cavtat, 10th July to 24th July, owned by Katarina and Pavo. So well equipped, and central to Cavtat. Beautiful views and well equipped Apt, every thing we could ask for. Thank you Pavo for the BBq pack, and your special wine! The Jacuzzi was an added bonus and good to chill in at night time. Cavtat such a beautiful peaceful place with lovely walks along coast clear water and an abundance of restaurants. If you don't want to take an air conditioned bus, which are very frequent from the town centre, there's always the taxi boats to Plat, (a visit to King Konobo Restaurant a must)! Dubrovnik and stops along the coast. Thanks again Katarina for the lovely Croatian pirate t shirt you bought for Theo, so thoughtful, we will definitely be back. Theo misses Zot and talks about him a lot!

“Lovely apartment and village”

We have just returned from a week in Cavtat staying at the Katarina Apartment. We (4adults) all really enjoyed the picturesque little village which is a mere 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. We made full use of the jacuzzi, which is a little piece of heaven when the temperature hits mid 30s.The apartment is situated quite high above the village which means you have delightful views with no noise in the evening if you like to retire early to bed, but we didn't. Yes, there are steps, quite a few, which is fine walking down but the steps can make you breathless walking back up . We found that if you deliberately take your time walking up them, you feel a whole lot better at the top. Your legs nor chest don't suffer so much. My hubby is convinced his calves are now far more shapely and he thanks the steps for this!! Alternatively you can walk up the road, adds 5 mins to the walk but it's a lot more pleasant and doesn't seem steep at all . The village has loads of restaurants and bars and we didn't have one bad meal. There are plenty of areas to relax by the sea but these places are very rocky.Its not an issue as you can hire a sun bed but if you like a dip in the sea and you own shoes or jelly sandals that can be worn in the sea, then definitely remember to pack them into your case. If you prefer to cook your own meals then there are 2 supermarkets in the village where you can buy your produce from but both of these are limited and have the monopoly on the tourist trade so a little expensive. We did have a Bbq at the villa one evening and the owners were very good supplying coal, wood etc. We did have Pavo pick us up and return us to the airport, which was great but as the apartment is only 10 mins drive from the airport you would have no issue getting a taxi either. All in all, the holiday and the apartment was a tremendous success.

My husband and I have just returned from this beautiful apartment. We spent 5 glorious days chilling on the terrace , lounging in the jacuzzi and simply enjoying the beautiful small town of Cavtat. The owners katarina and Pavo were brilliant. They were so welcoming and friendly and did everything to make our stay so pleasurable including providing a bottle of Pavo’s home made wine on arrival which was beautiful. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything and more than you need to enjoy your stay. The rooms were airy and spotlessly clean and the whole apartment was a delight. It’s close to town but a bit of a hike up 160 steps however the views are amazing and it’s well worth it. We absolutely loved the place and can’t wait to return ( hopefully next summer ). Thanks also to marina who was incredibly helpful when we booked and gave us plenty of information before our arrival and was on hand with directions even we arrived. Thanks to katarina for the little gift when we left too. The home made liqueur was very nice. Can’t wait to return
