Villa Luce Konavoka - Three Bedroom Villa with Terrace and Swimming Pool

My family of six ,parents and two children one 11 and one15 have just returned from a 10 day stay at villa Luce. Although very close to the airport was not a problem with noise at all. Renato and Luce were really special people ,when we arrived a little early we had a welcomed cold drink ,melon and homemade strudel which was much appreciated. The villa is about 5-10 minutes drive away from Cavtat , 30 minute from Dubrovnik which gets really busy and we visited on a quiet day when only one ship was in . Through the 10 days we had fresh veg and eggs from the garden and chickens which the owners produced . One night they even cooked us a delicious meal and homemade wine mmm! Renato and Luce couldn't have been nicer ,they live on the ground floor so if there are any problems they are close . We didn't need anything all was provided just as in the pictures . There's a new restaurant that has just opened up behind the pemo supermarket 5minutes walk which we visited frequently. A massive thank you Renato and Luce. Take care. Absolutely fantastic, could not fault this beautiful villa, wonderful stay and cannot wait to return!!

We would highly recommend this villa to couples and families alike. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Croatia and were so glad to have chosen to stay here, it was truly perfect! From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. We could not have been happier, the villa was very clean and comfortable with everything we could have wished for. Such fantastic value for a large private villa with own pool. The outside area is beautiful with a private terrace and bbq which we enjoyed every night. Patricija and Niksa are perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home without intruding our privacy. We were very grateful to be welcomed and the airport and shown to our booked car hire. You must take recommendations from Patricia - she knows what to see and do and her recommendations on where to eat were fantastic! You must try the local restaurant for meat under the bell and a gorgeous table on the river - we were truly grateful to Patricija for recommending this place. Niksa also showed us the local beaches only 5 minutes from the villa which only the locals know about! The villa is perfectly located in a very quiet area but only a short drive from the nearest supermarket, restaurants and Cavtat. Cilipi is only a very short drive away and the folk dancing on a Sunday is fantastic. If you can it is certainly worth a visit to Montenegro too! Another beautiful country and very easy to get too - Patricija was very helpful again in suggesting where to go. Overall we could not fault this place, and would not hesitate to recommend,. Villa Peric ****- discover Dubrovnik from another perspective!
Beautiful region of croatia, stunning apartments and very impressive host.

Apartmani Peric – 14th June 2015 to June 28th 2015 This was our 4th stay in Croatia, but our 2nd stay in the Konavle region (the 1st time 2003), and it didn’t disappoint. The villa was an exceptional traditionally built house separated into 4 well equipped, fully furnished apartments set at the edge of a forest leading to the Konavle coast. On arriving at the villa Kate greeted us and kindly went through the history of Cilipi and the surrounding area, highlighting various attractions in the Dubrovnik/Konavle region, as well as advising us on the best way to get value for money when our party were visiting local attractions. There was a good sized pool at the rear of the apartments, which was maintained both by Kate each evening and fully cleaned every other day. The pool was used frequently every day, and loved by all in our party. Both the pool and the apartments benefitted from the sun all day. It was a very kind and lovely touch by Kate and her family to spend time showing our party the very beautiful coast, and also the adrenaline park for the children in our party. Both were much appreciated by our party, and we were grateful that Kate considered our party to be one of her priorities during our stay. Kate was available 24/7 for whatever we required, and she was exceptionally attentive ensuring that we were enjoying our stay. We didn’t encounter any problems during our stay, which our party considered was wholly attributed to Kate caring about her guests and her efficiency. Despite the close proximity to Dubrovnik airport (a reason that a few guests do not book with Kate), there was very little noise from planes landing or taking off. In fact the planes were a lovely distraction for the children in the party who stopped what they were doing to follow the planes to try to identify them all. I would without hesitation promote Apartmani Peric to anyone wishing to spend a holiday in the south of Croatia because it was undoubtedly like a home from home.
