We are;

“APARTMENTS DUPCIC CAVTAT “

Cavtat you can really give a lot, you can explore hidden coves, walk by the sea in the shade of palm trees and pine trees and enjoy the view of the 15 kilometers away from Dubrovnik, which is easily reached by regular bus and ferry lines. Note you can enjoy alone or to spend time with the recreational sports (diving with bottles, bungee-jumping, tennis, hiking).

Sea-view apartments are just 8 minute walking distance from the main Cavtat beach, pools and 500 meters from the medieval town of Cavtat. It has a beautiful view of Cavtat bay and beyond of the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

The apartment ensures complete privacy and comfort. It consists of double bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa for 1 person sleeping, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with terracce/balcony.

The living room comprises of a comfortable sofa ( for 2 persons sleeping ), table, TV, air condition . The kitchen is very sleek and modern and comes fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine) to make your visit more comfortable. Bedroom space consists of a double bed plus one more extra bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is complete with standard utilities and includes a washing machine and hairdryer.

The apartment has its own parking space. Bed linen and towels are provided. Several restaurants, big supermarket, caffé bars, a fitness center, tennis courts, an aqua sports center and all other facilities are within 10min walking distance from the apartment.

There is a free WiFi in the apartment.

We also offer taxi services and the organization of the trip. To all our dear guests who arrived by car we provide private car parking.

* You can use our transfers from / back to the airport on request for special price.

If you are traveling with a small baby you provide cot and feeding chair.

We will always be at your service, ready to give you advice or a recommendation, anything you need to make your stay with us the most pleasant experience.

Apartment is non-smoking so we would kindly ask smoking guests to respect it and smoke outside, on the balcony. “Lovely apartment”

Lovely, clean apartment. Great view. Warm and welcoming hosts. Sea within walking distance. As well as bars and restaurants. Fun to go with the boat to Dubrovnik or the surrounding beautiful islands... What more could you wish for? Highly recommended!

The apartment is situated on a hill above the beautiful town of Cavtat and has great views of the walled city of Dubrovnik at the far end of the bay.To the east around the bay are attractive towns with stunning mountains looking down on them. Our hosts Marina and Ivo could not do enough for us as usual and their warm and friendly manner was a very important part of our holiday.They were always available to give help and advice without being intrusive in any way. We arranged car hire from Dubrovnik Airport before the holiday and used it to explore a number of local towns and locations during our stay including Korcula town, the viewing point high above the airport and the beautiful coastline.

Nous avons passé 3 jours parfaits. Un appartement tres lumineux, fonctionnel pour 4 adultes avec tout l equipement. Tres bien situé dans le village de cavtat et facile d acces pour l aeroport et du dubrovnik. Une hotesse prevenante, accueillante et genereuse. Je n ai qu une hate y retourner au plus vite

“Brilliant as always”

This was our third time staying at the apartment, and as always it was excellent, with the same warm welcome from Marina and her family. It's a short walk to Cavtat, and there are plenty of quieter places to be found locally. We explored Konavle on electric bikes hired through a contact of Marina, and this was a highlight of our holiday. Would also recommend sea kayaking and exploring the local islands. The apartment was nice and clean, with a very comfy bed, and excellent (cool!) air conditioning. We will be back!!

“Amazing !!!”

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks. It is only a 10 minute drive from tge airport, It nestles between two mountains on a hillside overlooking Cavtat, the view during the day was stunning but later in the evening the view of the sunset was breath taking.(one off the best ever seen so far in the world). Our hosts Marina and Ivo and i truly say genuinely we have never met two people who look after their clients so well, from meeting to the lazt of our stay they truly couldnt do enough for us, they gave advice on bezt places to go ie shops, tours etc ( local grocery shop priced similar to back home). Marina brought gifts of sweets and chocolate for our small boys which was a delight for them, she gave us gifts of homegrown vegetables and local wine which was over and beyond that was needed , they went that extra mile to make us feel special which was greatly appreciated, it made us feel at home in a foreign country. The apartment cooking facilities were basic but we were able to cook and sleep in it fine, it was spotlessly clean and modernly decorated. It doesnt have a pool but its due in a couple of years but we were able to use the hotel pool with no problem. Dubrovnik is in the distance and can be easily reached by 40 min boat trip or local bus every thirty minutes which is a beautiful town to walk around. Cavtat is a quaint , old fashioned harbour town which is not over commercialized, they have beautiful restaurants serving fresh fish, pizzas, pasta etc. There are a few clothes shops and local craft shops to walk around and small pop up kiosks along the street where you can get doughnuts, crepes, ice cream etc which we all tried and loved and they were favourably priced. There are some local walks, our favourite being the walk every evening along the harbour admiring all the maszive yachts moored up. We woukd highly recommend Cavtat as a holiday destination but mist of all we would highly recommend the apartment mainly because of the hosts Marina and Ivo , two beautiful people with lovely children and we will definitely go back

“Home from home”

Stayed in Aug 16 for the 3rd time unheard of in our house but with such a warm welcome from Marina and Ivo there's no better place to stay in Cavtat. Marina is always on hand to help plan trips and arranged our boat trip for us. Complimentary pick up and drop off from the airport mean the holiday is stress free from the start. A real home from home for us can't wait to return!

“Fantastisk hyresvärd och perfekt boende.”

Denna resa va helt fantastisk. Vi hämtades av Ivo på flygplatsen, som låg bara 10 miniuters bilresa från lägenheten. Lägenhet har en otrolig utsikt över havet, vackert ! Marina är så noga med att allt är bra. Byter handdukar var tredje dag och frågar om man behöver något. Hjälper till att berätta om omgivningen och utflyktsmål. Roligt att vi fick träffa Marina och Ivos fina barn. Vi kan absolut rekommendera att hyra lägenhet av denna hyresvärd. Vi vill tillbaka igen !! Tack Marina och Ivo för allt.

How do damage deposits work?
