Sat TV with full sky package Sports and Movies( Also online Video Film Club Membership) . With update TV for other counties including France , Germany , Italy , Norway , Denmark and Sweden , new LED TV , DVD player, large selection of films. Selection of books for those who just go away to relax. South facing large balcony with sunbeds, sun all day long. New walk in shower added Jan 2012. Safe. FREE4G Fast WIFI

Pools can be accessed by steps or ramp so making them easy to get into. Also benefit from LIfeguard during summer months.Located 10 minutes drive from centre Marbella and 5 minutes from Cabopino Beach or 15 mins walk. It is also within walking distance of supermarket / Bars / restaurants.

Hi Anna Thanks for review it shows you can't keep everybody happy all the time. Your the first review that has ever given less than 4 stars out of 5 from 30+ reviews. I think that says enough . There are two double wardrobes in each large bedroom, one double is kept for replacement bed linen/towels and owners belongings as is standard in rental apartments. The both showers have the temperature handles that you just need to turn to adjust temperature, we have not had a problem with this before. A kitchen draw was damaged by a previous renter and is due to be fixed Apart from these minor problems I am glad you had a good time Pete .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
