From the owner

The Jungle Design Apartment is a uniquely designed little jewel box. It has

recently undergone complete reconstruction and renovation. The cheerful, cosy

two-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated Art Nouveau building

very close to the Keleti railway station.

We took great care of furnishing the apartment, taking advantage of its

properties. The heating system is equipped with electrical panels, infrared

panels, and hot water is supplied with electric boiler. There is no gas in the

apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. For your satisfaction we provide fast

internet, free wifi and flat-screen TV featuring many sports and music channels.

Two comfortable boxspring double beds provide a peaceful night's rest. There is

also a single-person sofa bed under the gallery. The bathroom has pleasantly

warm underfloor heating. The air conditioning helps to keep off the summer

heat. The apartment is sunny, bright and quiet. There is CCTV in the stairwell of

the house.

The apartment has an excellent location in the city centre, nearby several bus

lines, 2 metro (subway) lines and 3 trolleybus lines to explore the city and its

sights. There are several restaurants, cafés, bakeries and 24-hour supermarkets

nearby. Universities in the surrounding streets are McDaniel College, University

of Veterinary Medicine and Metropolitan University of Budapest. The apartment

is 10 minutes of walk from the ruin pub quarter (party quarter) and 20 minutes

of walk from Váci street (a popular scenic street). The City Park and Széchenyi

Bath are also within walking distance. Within minutes you can reach the

Parliament and the Gellért Bath via direct transport lines. In case of late night

arrivals and early morning departures, the key box should be used by agreement.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Judit (the owner) a message.

If Judit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
