“Glenda who?” Stayed here for a second time and it cannot be faulted. Eniko and her husband are the stars of the show. Its perfect for a big group, loads of room, very good facilities, there is literally everything you would ever need and the food provided at the Villa was great too. We will be back!
“Large flat in the very city center” For me and my girlfriend, it was an ideal place to stay. Very well furnished, great location in the heart of Budapest. I recommend this place to everyone to have a nice stay in Budapest!
“Great apartment in perfect location” The apartment is extremely clean and well cared for. Janos and Jozsef are gracious and accommodating hosts. The location could not be better: 150 meters to the State Opera and Metro stop; 250 meters to the Liszt Academy; and less than 1 kilometer to the center of Pest. Do not let any photos of the neighborhood dissuade you -- while there are a few boarded up buildings (many of which are in the process of being restored), this area is quite lively and very safe. One of the best apartments we have stayed at in any city.
“Totally met the needs of our extended family 80yr Aunt to 25 yr old son” Hello Laszlo and Sandra
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment and enjoying the surrounding area of Budapest. Your apartment was so suitable for all my extended family and very close to the tram. I loved the castle area. We all managed to take in a concert one night which was just amazing.
Your cleaning lady is just a gem, and so very helpful despite the
language difference . She managed to help me find out why my airport
shuttle hadn't arrived and book me a taxi. Thank her for me please. Thank you both for ensuring we had a really nice stay with all your advise, inc the discount cards, suggestions and help with transport picking us up from Vienna.
Happy New Year
“Comfortable and relaxing apartment in the heart of Budapest” Great location, 2 minutes from the metro station (lines 3 & 4), Liberty Bridge (and thus the Danube), the Great Market Hall, the famous Váci and Ráday streets, shops and restaurants. The owner - Kati - was very friendly and flexible with checking in and out, everything was taken care of exactly as agreed upon over the phone, even though we never met :) The apartment itself (stayed in the one on Királyi Pál street) is exactly what you see in the pictures, well furnished, spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything one could possibly need, from a TV and cooking facilities (stove, oven, electric kettle, lots of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery) to a washing machine, iron, vacuum, etc., all in very good condition. The bedroom was especially spacious and comfortable, the dining/living room was perfect for having guests over. The WiFi signal strength and speed was excellent, way above hotel average. Overall comfortable, relaxing and well worth the money. Definitely recommend it!
“Bright, calm, lovely space! looking forward coming back!” We stayed for four nights in the appartment and enjoyed every minute of it! The space is quite unique with the wooden beams, the mezzanine bed and the access to the roof. It's decorated with taste with the owners paintings and modern furniture. There's a lot of natural light even on grey days thanks to the numerous roof windows.
We loved the location on the slope of Buda hill, a short walk from the Fisherman's Bastion and the Chain bridge. Buda is a nice, relaxed neighborhood, with many good restaurants, supermarkets and with easy access to most of the thermal baths like Gellert, Rudas etc. You are away the hustle of the Pest side city, but it's easy to get there on foot on public transport.
The owners are super friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay!
Hungary is a wonderful country brimming with culture and natural beauty. Discover Budapest – described as one of the finest capital cities in the world, visit Lake Balaton - Europe's largest freshwater lake, or head to one of the numerous nature conservation areas hidden in this east european hideaway, delights galore for lovers of culture or nature.
In addition to exploring the historical capital holidaymakers can take cycling or golf excursions, gaze at the range of birdlife or try fine Hungarian wines and beers. Those preferring a healthy break can indulge in rest and rejuvenation in one of the country's innumerable thermal spas, famous for their natural healing spring water.
The country divides into three quite distinct climatic zones: Mediterranean in the south, Continental in the east, and Atlantic in the west, but overall Hungary's temperate climate means that it makes a great all year round destination.

2BR/2BA, A/C ❤ LUXURIOUS SUITE WITH GRAND LOCATION AND CITY VIEW!
Well situated apartment.
Positives- Tom the owner was a great communicator before the holiday and organised taxi transfers which were competively priced and very reliable. The accommodation is very well situated and we were able to walk to most attractions if you are not a great walker the public transport nearby is excellent. The apartment has everything you will need close by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. We went together as two couples and each couple had their own toilet/shower facilities.Tom welcomed us to the apartment and explained the lay out of Budapest and places to visit/eat etc.
Negatives- We had selected the apartment as it was described as quite and I am a poor sleeper under normal circumstances it would have been quite but a large building facing the apartment is being restored and the building works started at 7.30 every morning and continued to around 4.30 in the afternoon. This work looks like it is a fairly long term project. In some ways apart from the very early start it was not too bad as the weather was excellent while we were there and we were out a lot but if we had to stay in the apartment it was really noisy. Also the air conditioning is not great and being on the top floor of the building the rooms get very warm when the weather is good. The stairways that go up to the rooms have a strong smell of gas and I found this unnerving but Tom assured me they were checked regularly by the gas officials …
Charming and quiet apartment
The apartment is lovely, clean and well kept on the fourth floor of an older block away from the bustle of the city in a more quiet, local area. It is a short walk from Timor Utca HEV train line that connects with the metro through the city, there are buses and trams nearby too. We can recommend buying a travel pass to get around everywhere. You can also easily head north to Szentendre on HEV for a beautiful day out. The apartment has shops and supermarkets near by. A great base to explore beautiful Budapest. Palatinus Strand baths on Margrit Island are superb and the small Goldberger textile museum on the next street is very interesting. A great stay and really helpful owner. …

Superior Appartment with easy access to City Centre
The Appartment was both spacious and comforyable. It was well equipped and had all we needed to enjoy our stay in Budapest. Vadim, the owner was friendly and helpful. The Appartment was only a 20 minute walk to all the main attractions and there were lots of cafes and shops nearby. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Appartment to anyone visiting Budapest. …
Lux New Renovation in the Centre
Spacious, clean and extremely comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need for any length of stay & Lidl supermarket nearby for any bits you need. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Budapest and so easy for walking or catching the bus to explore the city. Train station is also only a few minutes away and we left our luggage in the lockers there on our final day as recommended by Pj. There are plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from. Myself & 2 friends had a 4 night break and thoroughly enjoyed it. Did the hop on hop off bus touring the city, river cruise, thermal baths & even took the train to Bratislava in Slovakia seeing other parts of Hungary we had not expected to see on our break. Highly recommend both the apartment and Budapest and would definitely like to do a return visit at some point. …
