This interior designed apartment is in the heart of the city centre (5th district), just a stone's throw from the Parliament Building, Margaret Island and the River Danube. Falk Miksa Street is well known as the "antique row of Pest". It is a charming, tree lined street of art galleries, antique shops. (Most of the beautiful objects, works of art and furniture of the flat were found here). Ideally located for the main central transport links and most of the tourist sights are within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful building with lift. Car parking is possible right outside the building on the street.

The 75m2 apartment was recently refurbished with attention to detail and comfort in mind. It is very quiet and cool in the flat even during the summer thanks to the almost 4m ceiling height and the traditional wooden built in roller blinds. It features a large 60m2 open plan kitchen-living-dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a large dining table for 6. The living area has a day bed which is comfortably sleeps an extra person. The double bedroom has a king sized bed with plenty of storage and books to read for all age.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a young family. Leafy playground in nearby square. There are plenty of quality toys to play with and baby equipments such as baby cot, high chair and baby bathtub are available free of charge.

The apartment is non-smoking, please respect that.

There is free WIFI, DVD and iPod/MP3 dock.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Krisztina (the owner) a message.

If Krisztina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
