Directly on Brighton seafront with direct sea views from lounge & 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom & Ensuite toilet with views over New Stein Garden & the sea.

This 2 bedroom Apt. is a 2 minute walk to Brighton Pier, Zip line, Sealife Centre & St. James street. The Royal Pavillion, Old Steine, The Lanes, Brighton Centre & Churchill Square shopping centre are all close by. Free off street parking for 1 car from check in at front of building.

Check in is from 4pm, but you will be messaged on the day if it is available any earlier. Parking is only available to you from your check in as i use it.

Check out is by 11am, however if agreed to & paid for in advance this can be extended to Midday for an extra fee.

We own a 1 bed apartment that sleeps 4 next door(39B) which has permit parking for 1 car. Groups larger than 6 up to 10 are possible to book both together pending availability. See our listings page.

Parking:

The apartment comes with a private parking space on the front forecourt. It's the left side space next to the footpath.

Access to the apartment is through the main communal entrance & up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The key to the main communal door is located in a padlock key safe to the right of the door on the black railings. The apartment door has a digital code lock, these codes will be sent shortly before arrival.

Lounge: Size 14ft 9 in to bay x 14ft 1 (direct panoramic sea views)

This is open plan with the kitchen(kitchen measurements separate).

The room is laid with varnished solid oak flooring.

There is a large leather sofa which can be pulled out to make a top quality King size bed with decent mattress. We make up the bedding for this and leave it in the hall cupboard if required.

A 65" Samsung UHD smart internet Tv hangs on the wall opposite the sofa. A solid oak coffee table with 2 drawers sits nicely in front of the sofa. The Tv remote control is kept in these drawers. A solid oak extending dining table sits in the double glazed bay window space with a professional telescope on top(not for use by young kids!). The bay window has beautiful white plantation shutters & overlooks the beach & sea in all directions. The view is completely uninterrupted & breathtaking, with a perfect view of Brighton Pier to the right and Brighton Marina to the left!

Kitchen: Size 11ft 3 x 5ft 3

The kitchen has been fitted with premium brand & fully integrated appliances by the likes of Neff, Siemens & Elica etc. & finished off with a sublime Tiger walnut worktop for a truly luxurious feel. It is equipped with everything that anyone would require, including a Kettle, 4 slice toaster & Nespresso coffee machine with a few complimentary capsules!

An extensive selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots & pans etc are also provided.

There is an integrated washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher & the Siemens Oven is also a microwave that can be controlled via WIFI. All instructions on how to use the appliances will be found in the kitchen cupboard above the fridge.

The bin is located in the cupboard next to the washer/dryer.

Tea, coffee & sugar are provided, as are some basics like washing up liquid, some cleaning materials & capsules for the washing machine & dishwasher.

The kitchen area has colour changing LED lights under the kitchen cabinets. The remote control for them is kept in the coffee table drawer.

Master King bedroom: 15ft 1 x 9ft 4 max to 7ft 1 min.(views over public gardens and the sea)

Luxury antique French style furniture & King sized bed with award winning Sealy Nostromo mattress, silver carpet & plantation shutters. Mirrored wardrobe doors & folding mirrored dressing table with chair & USB ports under, this is an elegant room. Bedside lamp, DAB radio alarm, bin & hairdryer provided. Remote control lighting.

Ensuite toilet: 5ft 1 x 3ft 6

Natural stone tiles, LED mirror.

Front Double Bedroom: 11ft 8 x 6ft 7 (direct sea views)

Solid oak furniture & double bed with Casper memory foam mattress & plantation shutters. At the foot of the bed is a 40" Samsung wall hung UHD internet Tv.

Bedside lamp, DAB radio alarm, table top mirror & hairdryer provided. Tall wall hung mirror.

Bathroom: 5ft 9 x 5ft 6

Natural stone tiles, double length rain & waterfall shower, sink, toilet, LED mirror, bin, Essentials provided.

Entry phone. Internet router. Spare key, Cupboard with electric meter, Water off valve, hoover, iron & board, sofa bedding, spare dining chair.

Lovely apartment with amazing views. In walking distance of the pier and shops / bars. The wine on arrival was a lovely touch and we were made to feel really welcome :)
